Packages

Four prepaid sessions per package; expires 60 days from purchase. Deduct one credit per completed session or forfeited late cancellation/no-show. Private-group package is associated with the registered group; not an automatically renewing membership.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice required for customer cancellations or rescheduling. Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show forfeits that session/credit. Approved rescheduling does not reset the original package expiry. If Moxie cancels, offer rescheduling or credit; extend affected credit if necessary to prevent expiry caused by Moxie. Open-enrollment small groups require at least three athletes; if minimum is not met, offer another date or credit.
